Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by email.
If you cancel more than 10 days before the date of the workshop, your workshop payment is fully refundable. If you cancel less than 10 days before the workshop date, your payment, is refundable only when a substitute participant can be found. (For some longer term programs it is a 1 month time frame and not 10 days. That will be stated on the webpage of the workshop)

To preserve this period the punctual receipt of the notice of cancellation by e-mail (contact@richardkimberley.net) is sufficient. In the event that the workshop has been cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days. Further claims cannot be asserted. 

Disclaimer: 

Participants assume full and sole responsibility for the risk of injury or other consequences from attending workshops and also agree that the organiser accepts no liability for loss or damage to their personal property or for injury to participants on or outside the workshop premises.

Rules of engagement:
In the workshops i require an engaged group to have a space that is safe and suitable for the work. 
It is not possible to join only for part of the workshop.
Or miss some parts. 
It is not possible to turn up late. 

Signing up for the workshop is in agreement that you will engage with your full self and time and in doing so will benefit most from the work. 

Breech of this frame, or acting in a way that puts the group or the work under danger or stress could result in me asking you to leave the workshop. On which you would receive a refund of the part of the workshop you miss. 
If you decide to leave the workshop of your own choice. No refund will be made.
