My work.. Once framed as 'From The Playns' is an artistic exploration, hosting & creating workshops, events & performances.

From one hour workshops to pretty much anything one can dream of. Exploring through Performance arts, Theatre, Clown, Masks, Comedy, Music, Ukuleles, Movement, Dance, Play, Games & Group work, process work, communication and mindfulness. 

What brings all these things together is a wish to connect.

To ourselves and to each other.

To bring a greater awareness

to the things that are connected to the flow of life,
